Information & Navigation is an informational and guidance‑focused service, not a therapeutic, clinical, or counselling service.

No. We provide information, options, and guidance so you can make informed decisions about what feels right for you.

We help you understand options and next steps, but we do not place people directly into housing, jobs, or programs.

Yes, with your consent. If you are inquiring about someone else without consent or an agreement in place, we can only provide general information.

That’s okay. Our website and events calendar offer many ways to learn about our programs, services, and supports without booking a meeting.

We also host virtual Information Sessions that provide an overview of what we offer. Some services still require a referral from Information & Navigation.
